Clinomycin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic with wide antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity. It has obvious antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria and can effectively kill staphylococcus, anaerobe, pneumococcus and streptococcus. For pneumocystis, toxoplasma, plasmodium falciparum and other pathogenic parasites have an active role, and the adverse reaction is small. Clindamycin hydrochloride, clindamycin phosphate and clindamycin palmitate are currently used in clinical products, among which clindamycin phosphate and clindamycin palmitate have no antibacterial activity and play antibacterial and anti-parasite roles after being metabolized as clindamycin in vivo. Clindamycin hydrochloride is a derivative of lincomycin. Clindamycin hydrochloride has a wider antibacterial spectrum than lincomycin, and its antibacterial activity is 4-8 times higher than lincomycin. It has antibacterial activity against gram-positive aerobe, staphylococcus, streptococcus, mycoplasma, chlamydia and a variety of anaerobic bacteria.
