Product description:
Gentamicin sulfate is a glycoside bactericidal antibiotic formed by the linkage of amino sugars and ligands. It is the sulfate of gentamicin. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of kanamycin. It is mainly used for systemic or local infection caused by gram-negative bacteria such as escherichia coli, dysentery bacillus, klebsiella pneumoniae, proteus and pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ophthalmology is used for conjunctivitis, keratitis, etc. Oral administration can be used for preparation before intestinal infection or colon surgery. It can also be used in combination with metronidazole or clindamycin to reduce the infection rate of colon surgery. Gentamicin sulfate has good antibacterial effect on all kinds of gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, and has good antibacterial effect on all kinds of enterobacteriaceae bacteria, such as escherichia coli, klebsiella, proteus, salmonella, shigella, enterobacter, sarax and pseudomonas aeruginosa. Neisseria and haemophilus influenzae are moderately sensitive to this product. It also has certain effects on brucella, yersinia pestis, acinetobacter and campylobacter foetus. About 80% of the methicillin-sensitive strains in staphylococcus genera (including staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative staphylococcus) showed good antibacterial effects, but most of the methicillin-resistant strains were resistant to gentamicin sulfate. The effect on streptococcus and streptococcus pneumoniae was poor, while enterococcus was mostly resistant. In recent years, the number of gram-negative bacilli resistant to gentamicin has increased significantly. Most of this product can obtain synergistic antibacterial action when combined with lactin.
USES:

3. Gentamicin can cause code mispronunciation by binding to 30S ribosomal subunits, and block the transfer of peptidyl-trna (peptidyl-trna) from the receptor site to the donor site. Gentamicin has a bactericidal effect on pseudomonas by binding to the outer membrane of the cell membrane, replacing the existing cation, making the membrane unstable and forming a cavity on the cell surface. Antibacterial spectrum: gram-negative bacteria, staphylococcus and other gram-positive bacteria.
