Pharmacological effects:
Local anesthesia is more powerful than procaine, 10 times greater than procaine. Toxicity is also greater, 10-12 times greater than procaine. Can pass through mucous membrane, mainly used for mucous membrane anaesthesia. It works quickly, taking effect in 1 to 3 minutes. Hold for 2-3 hours. Ophthalmic use of 0.5% ~ 1% solution, no serious adverse reactions such as corneal injury. 1% ~ 2% solution should not exceed 20ml in total. One drop of 0.1% epinephrine hydrochloride solution should be added to every 3ml. For infiltration anesthesia, 0.025% ~ 0.03% solution was used, and for nerve block, 0.1% ~ 0.3% solution was used. When lumbar hemp USES 10 ~ 15mg and cerebrospinal fluid mix hind inject. Epidural anesthesia is performed with a solution of 0.15% ~ 0.3%, with a maximum concentration of 0.3% when combined with lidocaine. Indications:
