Pharmacological effects:

1. Anti-inflammatory effect: the anti-inflammatory effect of hydrocortisone is 1.25 times greater than that of cortisone, and it can inhibit both infectious and non-infectious inflammation at the pharmacological dose.

2. The immunosuppressive effect: including prevent or inhibit cell-mediated immune response, delayed allergic reaction, reduce the T lymphocytes, monocytes, the number of acidophilic granulocyte, reduction of immunoglobulin and cell surface receptor binding ability, and inhibit the synthesis and release of interleukin, thereby reducing T lymph cell to cell transformation, and reduce the expansion of the primary immune response.
